I second the chicken and rice. I've been eating a lot of Teriyaki Chicken Bowls lately.1 -

ice cream is da **** for gaining weight. most of my diet is really clean, but i do love making a homemade milk shake with 1 cup of low fat chocolate ice cream and 1 cup of 1% milk, yummmmmm, such dense calories.
also love a really tasty low sugar cereal for carbs and a bit of fiber. i eat honey bunches of oat every day
need to step up my rice game tho0 -
I usually stick with basic healthy stuff throughout the day but sometimes I would come in just under my macro target. I purchased Optimum Nutrition Pro Complex Gainer (650 cals 85 carb 60 pro 8 fat) and one shake a day usually gets me very close to hitting targets.0
