So I'm having trouble getting my fats higher then my protein what are some easy ways I can change this? And about how many grams higher should my fats be over my protein? Should I eat less meat? Thank you!

condiments such as dressings and mayo can help alot. Heavy cream if you're a coffee/tea drinker. Snacks of different nuts can also help out a lot. As for macros a lot of people go for 60--65% fat, 30-35% protein and the rest from carbs.0

Eat fattier cuts of meat...
Try chees or eggs!0 -
Here's a great article on this topic:

My favorite suggestion: hamburger using 70% ground beef, cook it in butter, then add cheese and sour cream. (Bacon and avocado would also be good additions!)
I'm targeting 75% fat, 20% carbs, 5% carbs.0 -
At the end of the day if I need to boost my fat I love a tablespoon of coconut oil with a bit of sugar free chocolate or cheesecake Jello powder. Sometimes I'll add cream too. Stir & enjoy slowly.0

Hmm that sounds great and I have a big tub of coconut oil that I didn't know what to do with so that's perfect! Thank you!0
