Hii everyone, I have just started to consider how overweight I am and have decided to start a weight loss journey. I have created a list of exercises I want to start doing however tomorrow is going to be my first day at it. Also I have started to record the food I have been eating...so as to know where to cut back on...feeling good about doing something for myself...hope we all benefit from the changes we want to make
