                    Does anyone have a simple clean dessert? Everything I see online is extra complicated and a whole lot of items that I dont wann buy cause they expensive....

            A quick one for me is greek yogurt/cottage cheese with 1/2 c granola or kashi cereal mixed in and frozen or fresh berries.
I workout at night so a protein shake with casein is my go-to:
Ingredients:
6 oz unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/2 banana
1/4 cup low-fat cottage cheese
1 Tbsp natural peanut butter
1 scoop whey protein powder
Honey, to taste (optional)
Ice cubes
Directions:
Blend all ingredients in a blender.
Makes 1 serving
Macros (Macros will vary depending on what kind of milk you use & if you use honey. The macros listed below are from Oxygen Magazine):
Calories: 360
Fat: 7 g
Carbs: 36 g
Sugar: 24 g
Protein: 42 g
On my non-work out nights I make casein pudding:
1 scoop of vanilla or chocolate casein powder
1/2c fat free milk or what you prefer
1 tblsn nut butter
+/- cocoa nibs or dark chocolate chips
Mix together in a small bowl and enjoy.
Approx Macros - calories: 270 fat: 13g, saturated fat: 2g cholesterol 15mg, sodium: 302.1mg, carbohydrates 11g, fiber 2.1 g, sugars: 3.2, protein 28.5g0 -

Casein is a slow digesting protein, usually taken at night so that because it takes 6-10 hours to digest. It's thicker than whey protein, like a malt consistency, and great in baked goods. So the 2nd recipe is more like a pudding.Hi kel_be,

You can also drink fat free milk (it's bo&h whey + casein proteins) or have a serving of cottage cheese before bed. I try to have some type of casein before bed, either the shake I listed as my post workout shake because I workout at night or the cookie dough/pudding recipe on my non workout nights or wanting something sweet.0 -

It has only 5 ingredients and is very simple. I found the mini muffin liners too big of a serving. So I poured it onto wax paper in little disks. (It was wonderful poured over cashews.) I used natural peanut butter.0 -

Throw into an ice cream maker and run cycle according to directions, for home made blueberry ice cream.0 - 
            I make Strawberry Balsamic & Black Pepper Jam. A dollop of that stuff on a banana is heaven.0
