    Neck- 12.5
    Chest - 37 (over a sports bra)
    Waist - 30.5
    Belly - 40 (over the sag above navel lol)
    R Arm - 12.5

    R Thigh - 26
    L - 25.5
    R Calf - 15
    L - 15

    Well, considering I measured myself who knows how good these are really. Can't wait for them to shrink!

    I think this is a good idea, i don't usually put my information out there but maybe it will help me to know that other people are watching what i do. I did start this morning and ohhh boy are my legs and arms feeling it now.

    I recently finished the 30DS.. running the tape again for another 28 days.

    Jan 1st Stats:
    179.5 lbs
    Arms 12
    Waist 33
    Belly Button: 40
    Hips 39
    Thighs 23.5

    Jan 30 Stats:
    CW 174.5
    Arms 11.75 - biceps are visible now
    Waist 30
    Belly Button: 37
    Hips 37
    Thighs 22

    Wow, last August I had similar stats to yours!! Pretty much inch for inch except for thighs and lbs! You will see amazing results!

    Completed day 1 and 2. Was ever so sore before I started my quads gave me grief even though I have been doing yoga, new muscles being worked. Feel good after day 2 completed.

    Ok, tonight will be my first shot at the 30DS, I picked it up this weekend. I haven't measured myself and am frankly scared to.

    I know my bust measurement, but thats all. I'll try to get the rest done tonight before I do my workout, but my starting weight for the 30DS is 201.1. My original starting weight on MFP was 205, but original starting weight before MFP was 225. My goal for the 30DS is going to be 20 lbs and a major tone-up.

    My measurements after 10 days of level 1 are
    weight - 133 lbs
    waist - 27"

    under bust - 29"
    so i have lost 3 lbs and 3 inches but my whole body feel tighter and my arms have more definition even though they have the same measurement.

    Total loss: 4 pounds and 3 inches in 17 days.
    My weight did not budge until this week and then it dropped 4 pounds. Whoosh!

    Ok, so!

    30 days of bun punchin' complete!

    I lost like an inch off the smallest part of my waist, and 1.5 off of the saggiest part of my belly! Woo!!

    I definitely feel stronger and motivated to keep going.
