Beginner

Day 1 - Walk, run, jog a (1 Mile) 100 Jumping Jacks, 100 Crunches, 40 Toe Touches, 5 burpees
Day 2 – 3 sets of 15 swimmer presses, 3 sets of 15 wood chops, 3 sets of 21’s, 3 sets of 15 lawnmowers
Day 3 - Walk, run, jog (2 Miles) 100 Jumping Jacks, 100 Crunches, 40 Toe Touches, 5 burpees
Day 4 - 3 sets of 15 swimmer presses, 3 sets of 15 wood chops, 3 sets of 21’s, 3 sets of 15 lawnmowers
Day 5 - Walk, run, jog a 5k (3.1 Miles) 100 Jumping Jacks, 100 Crunches, 40 Toe Touches, 5 burpees

Advanced

Day 1 - 100 Toe Touches, 100 Crunches, 100 Jumping Jacks, 20 Globe Jumps, 20 Windshield Wipers, 50 Split Squats (don’t feel like you have to jump), 50 Squat Kicks, 10 High Plank to Low Plank

Day 2 - 3 sets of 15 Swimmer’s Presses, 3 sets of 21’s, 3 sets of 15 Dumbbell Chest Fly’s, 3 Sets of 15 Lawnmowers, 3 sets of Tricep Kickbacks, 3 sets of 15 Woodchops, 30 Pushups (modified if needed)

Day 3 - 100 Toe Touches, 100 Crunches, 100 Jumping Jacks, 20 Globe Jumps, 20 Windshield Wipers, 50 Split Squats (don’t feel like you have to jump), 50 Squat Kicks, 10 High Plank to Low Plank

Day 4 - 3 sets of 15 Swimmer’s Presses, 3 sets of 21’s, 3 sets of 15 Dumbbell Chest Fly’s, 3 Sets of 15 Lawnmowers, 3 sets of Tricep Kickbacks, 3 sets of 15 Woodchops, 30 Pushups (modified if needed)

Day 5 - 100 Toe Touches, 100 Crunches, 100 Jumping Jacks, 20 Globe Jumps, 40 Windshield Wipers, 50 Split Squats (don’t feel like you have to jump), 50 Squat Kicks, 10 High Plank to Low Plank

    Day 1 beginner done, I felt like I needed to ease back into things this morning, I got it done though!

    Day 1 Advanced done w/a few modifications plus 5.38 miles! Okay, just for the record...I absolutely dislike Globe Jumps! They are way down there with Burpees!!

    day 1 beginnner
    completed along with all weights in machine room and 2 mile or so on eliptical >< I am not allowed to run until my leg is better than it currently is

    I busted mine out! I feel great! I've been doing them but this one was a good one! I feel amazing!

    Fired up on Tuesday!

    3 sets of 15 swimmer presses, 3 sets of 15 wood chops, 3 sets of 21’s, 3 sets of 15 lawnmowers, 3 sets of chest flies . Skipped the woodchops - having a little twinge in my left upper arm. Also did 45 minutes on the stationary bike.

    The globe jumps are really challenging but not as bad as last week's burpees :tongue:

    Doubled up with Advanced Day 1 and 2 yesterday....not sure what I think of the Globe Jumps, not bad so far.

    Going to try to do Advanced Day 3 twice tonight to get a great burn in.
  • Today's workout is my only workout today since it's not a gym day for me. Will get my walk in shortly and do everything else at once this afternoon. Will probably be cursing you by the time I get to the burpees!

    Three days into this week and I feel great. Walking 2 miles instead of one but I love it. Still hate burpees but they are a necessary evil lol!

    Sorry for being MIA - but I have sick kiddies this week I am getting in quick workouts, at least the beginner, if not advanced, but no miles. They don't like me to leave them, and I can get in the strength exercises in the same room as the kiddies! :wink:

  • I am spent. What a great workout! I can't do 5 days in a row so day 5 I do on Sat but I am loving this!!
    I think I'm starting to get that crazy workout smile that I used to be jealous of trainers having, Ha!!
