There was a time before FP4H when breakfast was not a meal that I ate except on the weekend. Now breakfast is the most important meal of the day for me. This article tells you how breakfast is critical for weight loss. If you don't eat breakfast now, I hope that you will seriously consider beginning to do so.

Enjoyed the article! My favorite line: "When you don't eat breakfast, you're actually fasting for 15 to 20 hours, so you're not producing the enzymes needed to metabolize fat to lose weight."
