love it baked like chips,thrown in soups,salads,stir fries,
It has a mild sligtly bitter taste and I am growing some right now in a flower box in my kitchen i rip off and replant every 3 weeks.

OK, you have me curious. I will at least check out kale at the store today and see about POSSIBLY buying some to try.
