I already weighed in for week five but since I've got no one else to brag to about this. I've started making some good progress
I'd like to see more lean mass. Guess I'd better start increasing my lifting if that's what I want.

I've completely been sticking to my calories and haven't really lost anything in almost a month. I upped my calories, lost 1 pound and then nothing. I hate plateaus. I need to find a way to get past this....quickly. lol...it's driving me crazy!0

It's been a good week, I'm staying on top of my diet and keeping up with Insanity. So far I've lost 6 lbs since Jan. 6th.
Challenge Weights:
Starting weight - 140 lbs
Week 1 - 137.6 lbs
Week 2 - 137.0 lbs
Week 3 - 135.4 lbs
Week 4 - 135.4 lbs (forgot to weigh in this week)
Week 5 - 134.0 lbs
Total loss: 6 lbs (woohoo!)
Only 4lbs until I reach my goal weight!
