Just wanted to remind all my Medifast losers.............You can have the most amazing chocolate and champagne anytime. Is that what you really want today? Isn't it good to know the 5&1 phase is not forever? Think of how good you will feel tomorrow..

    So true! I love knowing that my 5&1 days are OVER and DONE on Sunday, March 31st. It is helping keep me focused and on track. As you know, I made the decision to stop on that date regardless of what the scale may read. I will be transistioning to another program on April 1st.
