Hi I am doing the Butt Bible workout every 2nd day and Insanity on the other days..... I am on the 2nd week of insanity and level 2 of BB..... not sure I am seeing much results... need your opinions... Thanks

    hey cathy, I can see a difference! the middle part of your stomach is smaller (excuse my non medical term!). Keep up the good work!
