Hi all. I just wanted to post notice that I will be starting a new group for us all that are current with this group on February 15th. I haven't done that before, but I like how this group operates with mini goals. And the previous group leader has deactivated her account. So, the week of Valentines Day, be on the lookout for a new group by me, with the same format as this one. That way it should be easier for us all to find each other and respond to new posts.

    Hey guys, I just wanted to let you know that I changed my mind and I have decided to not form a new group. I have found other support that is working better for me than the group format on MFP. But if this is working well for you guys, I encourage you to start one up. Good luck,

    Understandable I have joined other groups as well, and I have gotten a litle over whelmed by the number.
