Day 6 - Happy Valentines Day!

Well, my fiancé is planning on taking me out for lunch today and I'd like to sit back and enjoy something good. I had a yogurt for breakfast, however my lunch will probably be 1,200 in itself (wow!) is it bad to eat half for lunch and half for dinner so I don't go extremely over my calorie goal?
On top of that, I am working out extra hard. This morning I completed JM and burnt 421 calories, I also plan on doing it again tonight.
Is this bad?

I dont think so! I think you should reward yourself for doing a good job and get back to the grind with eating right tomorrow!0
