Still alive and kicking I hope? Just curious as to how many people are still doing the shred. How are you liking it? What results have you seen? I had moved on to the Ripped in 30, and am finishing it this weekend. I will be starting 30 DS again on Monday. Out of the two, I like the shred better. But level 4 on Ripped…
Level 3 - Day 1 DONE! This was really tough! I got through it with a few modifications. I'll have to see how my knees are tomorrow and Thursday. A lot of jumping!
So I'm on day 16 in total but day 7 of level 2 and I have been battling a cough for the best part of two weeks now it pretty much started after a few days of starting the 30DS and I feel it is really affecting my ability to do the routine to my best capability, I don't want to stop as I just want to make it through till…

Thank you to all who participate in this group. This has been a really strong tool to help keep me motivated and accountable to push me each and every day. The encouragemnt and positve energy is fantastic. Great job to everyone hanging in there. I am hoping it has helped us all, by pushing us to the limit and staying…
Has anyone else seen this? Or, does this correlate with what you are burning if your wearing a fitbit or HRM? This was posted in a forum topic that randomly showed up on my profile "Hiya! I started the 30 day shred yesterday and looked around the forums for a way to post the calories burned and apparently on Jillian…
I'm viewing Level 1 as a kind of rehab before level 2. I've had a knee injury (better now) and then a muscle strain (tried no shoes--duh) so I'm doing great now, but only on Day 17. Still not moving forward because I'd like to stay injury free for a while. Definitely going to get through level 3 eventually... congrats to…
I have terrible arches in my feet from years of wearing the wrong shoes while cooking and waitressing in restaurants. Plus, being overweight didn't help. I have almost no arch whatsoever. Does anyone else have this problem? The plank exercises in level 2 make my arches hurt so bad I can barely make it through the rest of…
Level 2 - Day 10 DONE!!! This was my last day on this level. I'm pretty sure it's not going to get easier...but I'll give it my best shot.
I'm so happy to only have one more day at this level! Now, just hoping Level 3 isn't too rough on my knees. They are much better today. Walked 3.57 miles in 67 minutes and spent 20 minutes on other challenges! Another good day!
