Anyone know/direct me to any lactose free recipes please?

I have asked this question before on other forums but keep getting recipes that use American products offered to me!!! So for all their well meaning, it's utterly worthless! I make all my meals from scratch but have recently been diagnosed as being lactose intolerant and I wondered if anyone had any recipes that they could recommend or any products? TIA!
