Weekends

Anyone else have a hard time on the weekends? I do great at work with the structure of work and packing my lunch but I have a really hard time counting/logging on the weekends. At first I started by *NOT* logging on the weekends, and now I've struggled with backsliding in my habits.
I know I just have to renew my resolve/dedication/discipline, but it's hard.

I do too. Saturdays are the worst. With my husband home I can't get away with skipping breakfast and having cheese and fruit for lunch, he wants real food and snacks throughout the day. I decided to just log, but not worry about staying under. This weekend's different because we have parties both today and Sunday. I expect my scale to go back up.0

You both are doing great. Weekends can be so hard to adjust, but you are doing wonderful and a day here and there with a few more calories won't matter. Keep it up. You are doing so good.0
