What's everyone doing for exercise this month? I decided to give the 30-day shred a go with a co-worker. Being sick, I haven't been able to start, but have Wed. as a goal date to start. My other goal is to hit 20K steps a day on my Fitbit. Anyone else?

How did you set up your profile to reflect calories, protein, carbs, etc. I need some guidance. I prefer a *higher* protein diet, and moderate carbs (mostly vegs and fruits).
