How do you set your profile?

How did you set up your profile to reflect calories, protein, carbs, etc. I need some guidance. I prefer a *higher* protein diet, and moderate carbs (mostly vegs and fruits). As difficult as it is, I lose weight easier this way, though i lurve sammiwiches and winez and don't want to totally elimate refine sugar, but reduce it. I'm unlcear as to how to set the percentages.

    I'm set for about a pound loss per week normally. For the month of December, I set it to maintenance. Normally, I have the macros set for 25% fat, 25% protein, and the rest carb. I have a hard time hitting the protein at that level, but it's a goal.

    I also set sodium for 1500mg/day, and I'm usually over on that too, but again it's a goal, and when I do stick to this, I retain a lot less fluid. This was on the recommendation of one of the dietitians at work, based off of the American Heart Association recommendations.

    I have no clue, I just do it the easy way and let the program do it. LOL
