Didn't weigh myself last week because I was on vacation. So, this week I was expecting to gain. Down 2 pounds AND in ONEDERLAND!!0

On January 1st I weighed 155 lbs. I was 48.6 pounds of fat and 106.4 pounds of lean muscle. I was 31.4% fat. Today I weigh 148.6 lbs. I am 44.3 pounds of fat and 104.3 pounds of lean muscle. I am 29.8% fat. I’ll chart my numbers on the trend line not on these actual numbers because my weight can vary wildly within a day and my trending numbers say I’m really about 149.8 lbs., 45 lbs. fat, 104.8 lbs. lean and at 30.1% body fat.

The plateau of the last few weeks has changed to weight gain. I'm not weighing in this week. I will do my measurements next week and weigh in then. For now, I am just trying not to think numbers, be it in lbs or in inches0

I blame Aunt Flo for this week... She came to vist on Saturday. I hate unwanted visitors! LOL! Only lost .2 pounds. This next week shoudl be a good week though! I always do really well after she leaves! LOL!

I was actually shocked at losing two pounds this week as I was at a trip this weekend and had to eat what the crowd ate for the most part and we didn't eat all together healthy. Was yuckie. I did what I could but we did do a lot of walking around, so maybe that counteracted the bad eating. Orrrr... maybe it'll catch up w/me this week... YIKES!0 -

Down a pound as of Saturday, and another as of today! That's 2lbs for the week and 6lbs total!! I wanted to lose 12 for this challenge, but my month long stall may have disrupted that, so I just want to lose what I can between now and the end!0
