Hi everyone! We just figured out this week how to play the web on our TV. I've been going to the LivestrongWoman channel on YouTube and mixing-n-matching a few 5-6 minute videos. For example a yoga warm-up with Tara Stiles, then another host for an abs routine, then arms or legs, then glutes. There are also 20-30 minute full workouts.

I did this workout today. 3x 12min workouts with Cindy Whitmarsh. Fast paced and very effective I think.

I was looking for a few new DVD's and came across this young lady. She post several routines on her web site snd youtube channel.I will try her step routines next week and am considering purchasing her new walking dvd for light days0 -
