Hi everyone! We just figured out this week how to play the web on our TV. I've been going to the LivestrongWoman channel on YouTube and mixing-n-matching a few 5-6 minute videos. For example a yoga warm-up with Tara Stiles, then another host for an abs routine, then arms or legs, then glutes. There are also 20-30 minute full workouts.
