Today was a little more difficult for me. I was tired from work and didn't want to do my pre-planned workout (belly dancing). Normally I would be excited because it's a really fun workout, but not today. Don't worry though. I still got in some exercise. Here's what I did.

Day 6:
Walking from work - 20 min
Walking 3.5 mph - 60 min

    Today is day 5 for me... I forgot to log yesterday's workout. I did 4 miles on the Nordic Trac Ski machine and today I WILL BE DOING 2.5 miles. running, I hope. Once I am done with it, I will come back and note whether I did the run or ski machine again. :)

    Day 6 RESULTS:

    I successfully completed my first Long Run of 6 miles where I only stopped once. I ran at a continuous seed of 6.5 on the treamill and completed the run in 55:46 minutes at a PACE of 9:18 min/miles. I am very happy because that is probably longest distance I ran continuously in a VERY long time plus I wasn't too winded at the end.

    Day 6 of the 30 day shred completed! Wasn't easy...Sunday's are usually "resty, relazy" days, so grateful for this group and for this 40 day challenge! This is going to be the perfect way to welcome spring....new beginnings all around!

    Day 6 - no exercise; at the hospital all night with my son so I slept in and took it easy. Now I owe for Day 3, Day 4 and Day 6. I am quickly falling in the hole here. I better get diggin;!!!
