At the moment i am 163lbs, bulking on 3200 calories. I've heard good bulking ratios are 40/40/20. This would be 240g protein, 244g carbs, 62g fat
But I have also read many people saying you only need 1g protein per lb. this would leave me at 163g of protein.
Thats a big difference and I'm really confused as to which one to follow

personally would lower protein to around 180-190 mark and up the fat.0

http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=121703981 this is great for calculating macros0

- Protein: 1G/LB of Lean Body Mass. (-BF%)
- Fat: 0.50G/LB of Lean Body Mass.
- Carbs: No minimums.
Just make sure to hit minimum requirements, then fill the rest of your calories with whatever you prefer.
IMO lower your protein and increase your carbs and fat.0
