I've made Jamie's chocolate protein bars and cinnamon swirl protein bread before, and both were super tasty. Today, I'm making the Turkey Meat Loaf Muffins, except with Chicken. Anyone had those? What do you think? Do you add ketchup or BBQ sauce to it for added flavor? I'm excited to try them!

When I made them sometimes I crumbled them on my salad and other times I dipped them in buffalo sauce because I might be just a wee bit obsessed with it. I am pretty sure I could drink it!
I've been planning to make the protein bars but just haven't gotten around to it.0 -
I liked them. Had a couple for lunch today. They were FILLING. Just finished making the oatmeal bake. Smells wonderful!0

I just made the lemon protein bars and the carrot cake ones. I'm not a big fan of how stevia and how sweet it makes everything taste and I even used 1/4 cup less than what it calls for. Has anyone else used any of the other sweeteners?0

I just bought nectresse but haven't tried it yet. I will soon and let you know.0

I am making the apple cinnamon bars today. Everything I made of hers is delish. I made the 3 bean turkey chili (delish), monster meatloaf(could eat it everyday), and turkey meatloaf muffins (have some in the fridge!) and pumpkin protein bars.0

I made the pumpkin protein bars, they were yummy. I tried the turkey muffins but I threw them out. Couldn't stomach them for some reason. I'm thinking about trying another type of bars as well. They work really well for my afternoon snack.0

So far I have made the pumpkin bars, the lemon blueberry bars (my fav!!!), the cinnamon bread, the chocolate bars, and the turkey muffins....I have also used recipes off of heandsheeatclean.com website...we do a crock pot meal on Sunday to be able to have throughout the week...I like the salsa chicken, we have also done the Italian chicken and the chicken tortilla one...
Anybody have good ways to cook your chicken breast (we grill a lot but I'm always up for new spices or new things to try)...also how do you make your brown rice -if you eat that- not so boring??0
