Let's keep motivated! Almost a week in now. Here's what I did today.
Day 5:
Walking to the gym - 20 min
Jogging (5mph) - 10 min
Running (6 mph) - 10 min
Jogging (5 mph) - 10 min
Walking (4 mph) - 5 min
Walking (3 mph) - 5 min
Walking home - 20 min
Day 5:

I got in another day of the 30 day shred today! I am replacing sore and tired, with energized and strong! Don't give up friends! We can do this....fight for it!0

Smashing Day 5 for me today (I started Ash Weds the 1st day of Lent) !!
Got another nice lie-in (which I'm grateful for as I'm up at 6am tomorrow!) and before lunch I got me 40 minutes on the elliptical machine, and then after lunch we went on a family bike ride for a couple of hours in the sunshine.
Very active weekend with lovely weather to boot, always helps things!0 -
Day 5: 2/16
1. hour on the cardio wave
2. 10 mins of c25k. I was under a larger time constraint than I thought.
3. Ate super healthy, had a rootbeer float with lo-cal root beer for dessert0 -
day 5:
30 minutes of moderate stationary biking
30 minutes of light cleaning0 -
just a 3 mile today (7 min mile)0

Some great burns by people today. Impressive mile times as well!
So far day 5 has been a 10 minute warmup on the CrossRamp and 45 min of lifting.
Incline Bench, chinups, military press, walking lunges, triceps pull downs.
I may do a burn intervals dvd later if I have the time.0 -
Need to log yesterday and today!
Yesterday I did the Biggest Loser workout DVD for 40 minutes. Bob Harper is never easy.
Today I took the Hubbin for an hour and a half hike through the mountains. It was crazy! He kept up pretty good and it was a workout! My legs hurt!0 -
Yesterday was my day 5. I was doing housework all day, so that ended up being my "exercise". I ate dinner and passed out around 10 on the couch. I could open my own clothing store with all the stuff I have to donate.0
