Yikes! Sorry for not posting yesterday. I took a long nap after my 90 minutes of hip hop cardio which burned me 900+ cals! Please post your yesterday's activities here and I'll create another one for Day 43 for today.

hello! yesterday i did abut an hour on the treadmill and 30 day shred! really proud of myself too, walked to my gym despite the freezing cold and this morning had a 0.8 pound weight loss!0

Hiya !!
Yesterday I did the 1/2 hr chair workout from fitness blender..
Then we went to the state park and did a 55 min walk !!
So pleased to be back walking, even slowly !!
