I've been having tightness and pain in my hip flexors, so today was the first day in a couple weeks that I actually squatted. I only got 315 for 3 reps. I considered a 4th but I must've broke a blood vessel in my nose on my second set because I was dripping blood like crazy when I went down for rep 3. LOL. It was kind of funny.
Interesting, I'll have to try that. I ended-up doing trap-bar DL's instead of squats but it's still not the same as having the bar on your back.0 -

I always found trap bar deads to really activate my hips .. Maybe throw in some front squats too0
