All right everyone......
Let's do a hard push and really rack the points up this week..... Total points you can earn is 12...
1. Post your last week's results on the February results thread- 1 Point
2. Drink 8 cups of water every day- 1 Point
3. Weigh yourself next Monday- 4Points for a loss, 2Points for a maintain, 0 Points for a gain
4. Do at least 45 minutes of cardio for at least 5 days- this is all about daily activity, so prepare for it! 1 Point
5. Record your food in MFP EVERY DAY- 2 Points for this if you do it every day, 1Point if you do at least 5 days
6. Run/Walk 5 Miles- 1 Point
7. Do 350 Jumping Jacks/Jump Rope, 350 Sit Ups, and 250 Lunges- 1 Point
8. Do 200 Pull Ups/Push Ups- 1 Point

I am going out of town on Wed for 2 weeks. I am not going to have internet access except for my phone. Will try my best to log my foods. I am planning on exercise while away. I could try to find a scale somewhere but wont be the same since all scales are different and wont be able to weigh first thing in the morning and naked. LOL Will see if I can stay in this challenge...0

i was out of town yesterday visiting my dad in the hospital in Miami and didn't get the updated challenge...so, i'll start my challenge today.

3. Weigh yourself next Monday- 4Points for a loss, 2Points for a maintain, 0 Points for a gain - hoping for a loss this week???
4. Do at least 45 minutes of cardio for at least 5 days- this is all about daily activity, so prepare for it! - not sure i'll swing this. i try to do at least 40 minutes of a workout at least 5 days, but it's not all cardio
5. Record your food in MFP EVERY DAY- 2 Points for this if you do it every day, 1Point if you do at least 5 days - i can do this
6. Run/Walk 5 Miles- possible...we are traveling again on Wednesday so not sure i'll make it.
