WTD: 17 miles. And ouch can I feel it :laugh: I know that's not a lot of miles for some, but that's a lot for this sloth! :bigsmile:0 -
Monday: 4.6 miles running (tough due to sore legs from a kettlebell workout on Sunday!)
Tuesday: 6.7 miles running (beautiful sunny day - 42 degrees)
Thursday: 2.75 miles running
Saturday: 12.3 miles running

Sun: 18.53 mi Road Cycling (awesome day here... but the wind sure made this ride hard!! it's just more cals burned that way, I guess

Mon: Rest Day
Tue: 5.16mi Run (45deg & no wind = awesome night run!!)
Wed: 4.09mi Elliptical + 25min Circuit Weight Machines
Thu: 3.94 less-than-stellar run turned into hobbling/walking miles :grumble:
Fri: Rest day
Sat: 7.13mi cool & crisp hike around the lake

Monday: 1 hour of Zumba
Tuesday: 45 minutes of lifting
Wednesday: 6 miles running outside
Thursday: REST- I think I am getting a shin splint. OH NO!
