    Hello,

    My name is Jennifer aka Jen. I'm a mother of 2 little boys and live in Hampton VA (downtown area). I'm currently using the Shake Weight as exercise and need to get better with my diet. I'm looking for others that are also using the shake weight and/or live in the area. also, looking for online friend support as well. The basic workout is really 12 mins, also have the total body extreme (30 mins), brazilian booty (16 mins), and latin dance (26 mins).

    I'm currently at approximate 208 and looking to get down to 140 by the summertime.

    I can host or bring the dvds to you :)
