    I was expecting a gain. I ate all the sweets my students brought me for valentine's day and went to Disney on Ice with the family. I know what I need to do and hope for a loss next week.

    Ugh! I apparently lost the challenge of having the in-laws here this week. It was much harder than I expected. I still know what I need to do this week to turn it around so I'm getting started right now!

    Went away for Presidents Day and ate way too much. I know I didn't eat 7,000 extra calories so some of this should disappear. My goal is to get rid of these two pounds before the next weigh in.

    I've been in my goals and exercising but my systems are backed up. I'm going to try eating clean for a few days to get moving again.

    Onederland is onederfull. But I've got two boxes of girl scout cookies, so I hope I'm still in onederland at the next weigh-in. Great job everyone. Even those who gained have a great attitude and will be losing again real soon. But our participation does seem to be dropping off. I'm just hanging on for spring, when I can get outside.
