hi,
im new to this forum. I was wondering. On legs days is it better to do more sets ? when i train other body parts i do 3-4 sets of 8-10. Should I do more sets for my legs?? Im trying to tone my legs and butt and its taking a long time. I train my legs 2xs a week also. Some exercise suggestions would be great as well. THANKS!!

What do you do on 'leg day'?
How long does it currently take you?0 -
it generally takes me an hour. lunges, dead lifts,hamstring curls, butt lifts, jump lunges, side lunges, sumo squats with weights, i mix them up each day.0
