I originally planned to run today... but o didn't even want to walk to the gym this morning because it's cold. I'm still going to walk to work, but I didn't want to spend an extra 40 min outside. So, here's what I did instead.
Day 9:
Belly dancing - 40 min
Walking to work - 20 min

Day 9: 2/20
Woke up early but wasn't feeling the morning workout. Went into work early, which means I can leave early and get a really good workout in after work. Doing a C25K (couch to 5K) 3 times a week on alternating days.
1. 45 mins on Arc Trainer

Day 9 of the 30 day shred! I had (and still am having) a crazy busy day. So I got up extra early and got in workout # 9. Was SOOO tempted to get on the scale and so grateful for this challenge having the no scale rule. I hate when I feel great about how much I'm working and how healthy I am feeling and then not seeing it on the scale.

DId Ripped in 30 tonight. Burned 284 calories !! And went for a short .78 mile walk on my lunch break0

10 min dreadmill @ 6mph
45 min of Lifting - incline bench, chinups, skull crushers, walking lunges, military press, deadlifts
6 min dreadmill HIIT. Had to stop halfway through due to bad cramping below ribcage. Hate that!0 -

I wish I lived close enough to work that I would walk. I'm going to look for a condo near my office when the last kid graduates in 3 years.
Yesterday was my day 9. I had kickboxing class last night. Blew through 597 calories in 54 minutes. Not sure what I'm going to do today. Had to drive my daughter to school, so I couldn't get a workout this morning, and as soon as I get off work I have to take my son to open mic at his school. I'll figure something out. Last kickboxing class at this gym is tomorrow morning. :sad:0 -
