Reality check?

I was wondering what all of you thought was an acceptable weight loss per week. Since we have the complication of PCOS, if I try for a 2 lb. a week loss (according to MFP's restrictions/guidelines), should I expect 1 lb. per week? Just wondering/curious about what you all have gone through as you've lost weight. Thanks!

I seem to be losing at .5 to 1 lb. weekly. Seems to slow for me. I have just been informed I have PCOS (I am sure I have had it for as long as I can remember, but never diagnosed). Now I hear it is hard for to lose weight..ugh! Good luck in your weight lose journey.

Would anyone be interested in joining a weight loss challenge group just for women with PCOS? I am thinking of starting one for us women that struggle with PCOS and losing weight, since we tend to loose at slower rates than normal people. Let me know if you are interested.

    Include me please!!!

I am losing an average of .5 lb a week, more if i eliminate carbs but i refuse to permanently do that because life would suck. Im happy with 2-3 lbs a month.
