Hmm..Day 10 (9)

I notice this board is getting a bit quieter! I hope everyone is still sticking with it, of course it is possible everyone just turned into lurkers like myself and have just quieted down. :) It's day 9 for me, I have only taken one day off and honestly I am getting SO bored of level one. But I'm still unable to do it all the way through without modifying the exercises and using 3 lb weights instead of 5 lb. Hope everyone is overcoming any hurdles related to pain or lack of motivation!

    Still at it and getting better. My endurance is slowly getting better. I've missed two days, but only one day was no activity at all (just cleaning). I definitely have this group to thank for helping me stick with it! This is the longest I have committed to a workout routine like this. It's so nice to wow that others are having the same experience!
