I'm really itching to weigh/measure myself. My belt is too big. I think I need to buy a smaller size of work pants too.

Day 11: Intervals... kinda

Walking 3.5 mph - 10 min
Jogging 5 mph - 20 min
Walking 4 mph - 20 min
Running 6 mph - 5 min
Walking 4 mph - 20 min
Walking 3.5 mph - 15 min
Walking home from gym - 20 min

    I am itching to weigh myself too; not because my clothes are too big though. :)

    I did 42 minutes = 4 miles jogging. :)

    I live in Michigan and we got quite a bit of snow....and we have a huge driveway....so I shoveled for 2 hrs, my heart was pounding the whole time, hard to believe that you can get so hot when it's freezing out!! So shoveling is my exercise for today!

    2. Dinner out tonight at Cheesecake Factory. They have cal counts, but not full nutritional information, so I made the best choices I could in prep for tonight.

    I'm jealous! We haven't had enough snow to shovel this year. I actually look forward to it now that I look at it as a workout.

    Yesterday was my Day 11. I did 30 minutes of yoga at 11 pm when I should've been sleeping, but it was the first chance I got to do anything.
