I'm really itching to weigh/measure myself. My belt is too big. I think I need to buy a smaller size of work pants too.

I am itching to weigh myself too; not because my clothes are too big though.
I did 42 minutes = 4 miles jogging.0 -
I live in Michigan and we got quite a bit of snow....and we have a huge driveway....so I shoveled for 2 hrs, my heart was pounding the whole time, hard to believe that you can get so hot when it's freezing out!! So shoveling is my exercise for today!0

I'm jealous! We haven't had enough snow to shovel this year. I actually look forward to it now that I look at it as a workout.
