The plan for this week is as follows:
Mon = BFBM
Tues = Rest
Wed = NMTZ
Thurs = Rest
Fri = Ripped in 30 L1 & 30 Day Shred L2
Sat = Ripped in 30 L1 & Ladens LBT
Sun = 30 Day Shred L1
Mon = BFBM

Being my new found epiphany that I dont/cant eat enough for 6 days a week of working out, I'm going to try this out this week:
Monday - 30 Day Shred Level 3
Tuesday - Rest
Wednesday - No More Trouble Zones
Thursday - Rest
Friday - Ripped in 30 Level 3
Saturday - Cardio (Body Revolution Cardio 3 or a run)
Sunday - Rest
However if I get the feeling to work out on one of the rest days...I will add a workout . I really hope this doesnt impact my inches lost...if so I'll modify again...LOL

You will like ripped in 30 level 1 I got it off fitness channel and I really like it I now want to buy the whole thing so I can move on levels.
Payday in two days I will be purchasing a DVD with all three of ripped in 30, killer buns and thighs and extreme shred for £24 bargain!!0 -

I don't think you need to worry about it impacting your inches. You are still working out 4x peer week and sticking to your food goal so if anything following what your body wants will relieve stress and probably help you lose inches !! X0 -

Amazingly...I've been able to do all the standard push-ups in these workouts since cutting out some workouts. I'm like wow...my poor over worked shoulders and abs...LOL
Monday - 30 Day Shred Level 3 - 350cals burned

I got more energy to really hit my workouts hard and have enjoyed my two off days during the week. Good for you! I'm still working on that. I've gotten to where I can do the first circuit of push-ups as standard ones but by the second circuit I give out at five or so. Still, it's a definite improvement over where I started!0 -

WOAH! This was a really event filled week... Monday both my babies (hubby and daughter) were not feeling good. Wednesday we were told my great-grandfather didn't have much time left before he passes (cancer). He won't eat or drink anything and he is very spaced out. I don't know him very well as we wasn't around me much. I maybe saw him once every couple of years.. but it is really hard seeing what my papa is going through with his dad. I am very very very close to him. Thursday was my birthday and Friday I was about 2 seconds away from just quiting my job. I know everything that was happened that week didn't help matters at work either...

I was so in the same place...I pushed myself and next thing I know JM was saying last one....LOL I made it and now I know I can do them so when its time to do them thats what I tell myself.
