What are you brewing now?

I have an English mild going right now. Brewed on Sunday, and it has to be ready to drink on Saturday, so I called it 4 Minute Mild (with a hat tip to Roger Bannister). Will be kegging it tonight.

What y'all got going?

    Wow. That's going to be very green. Still will be way better than any of the mass lights out there though.

    We haven't brewed in several months. Still have a few swigs of a pineapple IPA and a Holiday spiced ale but we definitely need to brew soon again. We brew in my buddy's garage though and it's too damn cold right now. Hoping for some milder weather so we can get the machine rolling again. (Going to go all grain this year I think.)

    Milds are ready quickly - that's why I made it this time. Low alcohol brews don't need as long to mature. I have, in the past, made an IPA and been drinking it within a week too - just added lots of dry hops to the keg to cover the greenness!

    My ex is helping organize a fund raiser for our kids school, and they needed some extra beer quickly after one of the local breweries had to drop the amount they could donate.

    I have an Irish Red that will be bottled this Saturday and I'm trying to decide which batch to brew next.

    Honey Bee, Unicorn or the Chupacabra.
