4 of us in HR are in and on. I'm still getting used to this, so don't know much about, and Beka, I don't know how to invite you to be my "friend" on MFP. I used your username, but it came back that "email was not sent." Operator (me) error, I'm sure. Still need to learn my way around this site, and we need to understand that as we go about encouraging participants.

    I will try and friend everyone from MB but it will take me a little while since I too have yet to become a pro a MFP. :)
