    I skipped a week, so I'm still one week out from starting Lean.

    I agree about the abs - I almost never do them with Burn Intervals - I save them for then next day and that helps.

    I need to get heavier weights. I only go up to 12.5 and they are NOT enough for burn 3. That circuit makes me feel POWERFUL!!!

    If you made it through Push with the weights you have then you will probably be fine with them for Lean. Lean is back to the 10-12 reps at slightly lower weights. As Chalene always says - create the resistance if you don't have the heavier weights.

    I do think getting heavier weights will pay off in the long run though (the second round of Chalean Extreme)! Mine go to 25lbs and I really want SelectTechs that go to 50lbs but I don't want to pay the high price! If you are going to invest go for the ones that go up to 50lbs - then your not spending money twice when you get past the 25lb mark.
