I thought it was jumping jacks, but I think it might be lunges causing my knee pain. I might try doing rear lunges instead. anyone else having knee pain?

Not really pain but having some "twinges" that I am kind of watching...don't want it to turn into a bigger problem. I think it is a good idea to modify whatever exercise you think is causing the pain.

YYYYYEEESSSSS!!!!!!! I thought at first that it was due to going up and down the attic stairs a million times on Monday but I'm starting to wonder if I'm aggravating it by doing one of the excercises wrong. I had to totally modify the jumping jacks and any other high impact moves on Tuesday and Wednesday because it hurt (just my left knee). I took today off to let it "rest". I will start level 2 tomorrow and see how it goes.

When you do your lunges, you need to make sure that your knee stays over your ankle. If it is going over your toes, you could hurt your knee. Also, your knees may be weak and need strengthening.

try doing it in front of a mirror so you can see how you are doing it
