Goals - carb/protein/fat?

Hi. I am new to the 4HB and want to track my carb/protein/fat grams against a daily goal. Does anyone know what the % breakdown would be for the 4HB?

    I have mine set at 25% carbs, 30% fat, and 45% protein. Im not sure if that a good breakdown tho... I do remember reading something about no more than 30g of carbs per meal tho.

    I have transitioned to low carb so I may not be much help. Based on how I eat, I'm 50% fat, 35% Protein and 15% carbs. I know the high fat consumption sounds scary, but I'm pretty low on carbs lately so the high fat is what makes my body work, plus you should eat fat to lose fat :)
