Incorporating infants/ toddlers into exercise

I have 10 1/2 month old twins, and am having trouble finding time to exercise. I work full time, and my husband works in the evenings so I have baby duty until the babies go down at 8:00... By the time they're in bed, I'm so tired I struggle to find motivation for exercise. I would like to find a way to incorporate the babies into exercise, so I can workout in the early evenings when there is still (a little) fuel in the tank! Any ideas? What has worked for you?

WOW! Kudos to you!! You must be super mom LOL If the weather is nice you could strap them into a stroller and go for walks? Sorry I don't really have any advice, I just wanted to comment and tell you how awesome you are! I'm a SAHM and have a 2 1/2 month old, sometimes It's hard for me to find the time to exercise, lol. I hope you find the motivation and a way to incorporate them into a workout routine0

Since its cold here in Chicago, I've been putting my daughter in her stroller and literally walking in circles in my living room. Also, once your baby is about 4 monthsish. I basically lie down and make my daughter fly on my legs, like superman. (legs like on my calves i guess, not feet). *this vid shows something like it: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F6z_NlR2AWo (it shows more too) (it looks like the baby is like 6 monthsish) i do slower exercises for my little one.
Also, i sit her on top of my stomach leaning back on my legs and do situps. each time i come up she laughs. *heres an image to explain: https://encrypted-tbn0.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcQo_CXws-AKX6QpyqutwK34q8GLbIba8LxqZEw6Fs4tOkT8mbAj
Also, so i do squats with my daughter. while holding her in cradle style. *http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rz-1rOOFUkM
