What's your workout?

Would love to hear what everyone is doing for a program or workout routine. I'm currently doing Les Mill's Combat & love it! I also try to add some running in and some weight training.

  • Hey, I am currently doing jazzercise Sat. 2 classes M, T W and Th, walking on T, Th and Fri with a 20lbs weight vest. And incorporated strength training.

    Great! Consistency is key, keep it up & increase intensity or length of time when you can.

    I do turbo fire and walk on my treadmill. Lift weights 2 times a week.

    Love TurboFire, so much fun and I always say to do strength/weight training. Sounds like a good workout schedule!
