Hi Jan,
My macros are roughly at 20% carbs, 30% protein and 50% fat. This seems to work well for me, especially being in a calorie deficit, because the fat is satiating.
My goal is 20% carbs and roughly even with the rest. Once I start lifting more I'll lean towards more protein to help build muscle.0 -
