So I didn't even know what this was until this afternoon so I found it pretty interesting.

http://wilkscalculator.com/lbs is the calculator I used

What is yours? Use your PR's (or calculated 1rm, this is just for fun) from deadlift, squat and bench press.

@239 bw
Bench 327(calculated) 87.69 wilks points
Squat 405(tested) 108.606 wilks points
Dead lift 525(tested) 140.786 wilks points <-- this deadlift pr was today

total 1257 337.082 wilks points

If i got this all wrong, let me know.

    @340 bw

    Bench 260 - 64.99 Wilks
    Squat 565 - 141.23 Wilks
    Deadlift 550 - 137.48 Wilks

    Total: 1375 - 343.71 points
  • Sweet, I got like 61 points just for being female.
  • Body weight: 135

    Going by my best lifts in my one and only meet

    Bench: 85 lbs.... 42.314 Wilks
    Squat: 170 lbs... 84.629 Wilks
    Deadlift: 225 lbs... 112.009 Wilks

    Total: 480 lbs... 238.952

    I've done 10 lbs more than that in gym sessions before, so if I replicated that again it'd be 490 lbs or 243.931 Wilks

    I'd be in the "Intermediate" from taso's chart.

    As of Feb 24 206 lbs. bodyweight

    Squat 395 lbs.: 112.303
    Bench 245 lbs.: 69.656
    Deadlift 495 lbs.: 140.734

    Total 1135 lbs.: 322.694

    Roughly at my sixth month of lifting now, so it isn't too terrible. That being said, there's always a lot of room for improvement. I'll be much happier once it cracks 400, but since that requires a total of 1407+ at my current bodyweight, it might be a little while. ;)
