So I didn't even know what this was until this afternoon so I found it pretty interesting.

Going by my best lifts in my one and only meet
Bench: 85 lbs.... 42.314 Wilks
Squat: 170 lbs... 84.629 Wilks
Deadlift: 225 lbs... 112.009 Wilks
Total: 480 lbs... 238.952
I've done 10 lbs more than that in gym sessions before, so if I replicated that again it'd be 490 lbs or 243.931 Wilks

Squat 395 lbs.: 112.303
Bench 245 lbs.: 69.656
Deadlift 495 lbs.: 140.734
Total 1135 lbs.: 322.694
Roughly at my sixth month of lifting now, so it isn't too terrible. That being said, there's always a lot of room for improvement. I'll be much happier once it cracks 400, but since that requires a total of 1407+ at my current bodyweight, it might be a little while.0
