How is everyone doing? Month two of the new year.... and I really haven't done well so far this year... I can't wait for the snow and cold weather to disappear so I can go jogging at lunch again

I just got started with MFP in this new year, so the weight is coming off well so far. Joined a group with a shared goal of losing 52 lbs in 2013 (1 lb per week), and I'm ahead of schedule with that. Hang in there....winter has to end some time!0

Hello everyone. I just started really getting serious about losing the weight for good, I have always tried off and on with not much real effort. But I know that this time is different. I truly want to lose the weight for once and for all. I want to feel like i did before i had children, sexy healthy and fit. I am in desperate need of friends and support to help me through losing this 50 pounds and getting in shape. I look forward to meeting everyone and getting to know each one of you. :happy:0
