After you complete a 30 day shred work out how does everyone log it in. Any suggestions?

I log it as 20-30 mins of circuit training. Typically is around 190 cal. If you use a HRM you can log it as general exercise and just manually input your time and cal burn. I don't so I just use circuit since JM is a for of curving training.0

I created my own exercise called 30 day shred level 1. I wear an HRM and log whatever calories it said I burned. Usually around 1600
