Beginner

Day 1 - Walk, run, jog a (1.5 Mile) 125 Jumping Jacks, 150 Crunches, 50 Toe Touches, 10 burpees
Day 2 – 3 sets of 15 swimmer presses, 3 sets of 15 wood chops, 3 sets of 21’s, 3 sets of 15 lawnmowers
Day 3 - Walk, run, jog a (1.5 Mile) 125 Jumping Jacks, 150 Crunches, 50 Toe Touches, 10 burpees
Day 4 - 3 sets of 15 swimmer presses, 3 sets of 15 wood chops, 3 sets of 21’s, 3 sets of 15 lawnmowers
Day 5 - Walk, run, jog a (1.5 Mile) 125 Jumping Jacks, 150 Crunches, 50 Toe Touches, 10 burpees

Advanced

Day 1 - 125 Toe Touches, 125 Crunches, 125 Jumping Jacks, 25 Globe Jumps, 25 Windshield Wipers, 50 Split Squats (don’t feel like you have to jump), 50 Squat Kicks, 1 minute plank

Day 2 - 3 sets of 15 Swimmer’s Presses, 3 sets of 21’s, 3 sets of 15 Dumbbell Chest Fly’s, 3 Sets of 15 Lawnmowers, 3 sets of Tricep Kickbacks, 3 sets of 15 Woodchops, 30 Pushups (modified if needed)

Day 3 - 125 Toe Touches, 125 Crunches, 125 Jumping Jacks, 25 Globe Jumps, 25 Windshield Wipers, 50 Split Squats (don’t feel like you have to jump), 50 Squat Kicks, 1 minute plank

Day 4 - 3 sets of 15 Swimmer’s Presses, 3 sets of 21’s, 3 sets of 15 Dumbbell Chest Fly’s, 3 Sets of 15 Lawnmowers, 3 sets of Tricep Kickbacks, 3 sets of 15 Woodchops, 30 Pushups (modified if needed)

    day 1 beginner finished ^^ i kinda dropped out at end of last week had so much going on that it was hard to get even my normal workout in some days i couldn't fit it in my schedule >< ik that is bad but between school and work there isnt much time.

    Got day 1 done late yesterday....mostly advanced with a few modifications.
  • Under the weather this week but feeling a bit better. Will probably aim for today's workout with a 2 mile walk added in.

    Remember they are challenges. They should be challenging and difficult but oh sooooo goood! I don't know about you but when I'm done with them I feel absolutely amazing! Keep up the great work everyone!

    Day 2 done and I do feel really good, Gary. I have moved from the beginner exercises to more of the advanced and can definitely feel it :smile:

    Day 3 done! YAY! Foot is still bruised but I did it anyway even did 3 miles today! Feel amazing!

  • Did 3 days this week. Goal for next week is to complete all 5 days.

    Hey guys - sorry I was MIA last week and a half. I was skiing in Austria and Italy and had an awesome time but no internet connection. I did get a lot of downhill skiing in (obviously) and still managed to keep up with my P90X schedule, but did not do any of the specific workouts for this week. Hope you are all still active!
