Ok we are going to start off simple, lets make sure we are getting enough water! To find the minimum amount of water you should be drinking calculate your weight time 2/3 (or .67 for the math challenged like me lol)
So, for me this would be 216 x .67 = 144.72 so 145oz a day...... Thats a lot of water lol
Please post with your total!
Part two of this weeks challenge is going to be the 1000 crunch challenge......the goal in to complete 1000 crunches by the end of the week!
I know it seems like a lot but that's why its a challenge

Thanks so much posting!! I love challenges to get me going.
I had thought my water was fine at 8 glasses/day....nope! I rounded mine up to 13 glasses!
Stacy...yours is 18?!!! You are going to be peeing nonstop!! Lol. I bet we end up eating less bc of all this water in our bellies!
It all sounds great, and I enthusiastically accept! The crunches are about 143/ day!

Ok .. Mine comes out to 12.8 so I'm rounding to 13 .. I thought I drank enough but I will definitely try the 13. I'm so excited to do this challenge and just wanted to thank you for taking time out to put it together.0

Curious as to where you came up with that formula for water. According to the Mayo Clinic women, on average, should try to consume about 9 glasses of water. Check out this article: http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/water/NU002830

Yes the mayo clinic says for "any average, healthy adult" which for women means someone around 120-130 pounds which would by the calculation that I used would fall in with what they said "The AI for women is 2.2 liters (about 9 cups) of total beverages a day."

I am totally on board with your challenge...One more question: Are we counting just water or all beverages? For instance, I tend to drink green tea and herbal tea while at work and water before and after workouts... I would agree that coffee and soda should not count, but healthy juices and other drinks. What do you think?0 -

Wow thats a lot of water but I will try to drink 13 8 oz cups a day, as of yesterday I think I drank 5? I know that not enough but that was water only, so if I add my coffee and tea it would be like 8. So I think that I can do it.
And I am excited about the crunches challenge will be a challenge but I am ready:)0 -
I drink nearly 2 gallons. Every day. I have a 34oz water bottle that I keep with me all the time, always full, and I focus on drinking as much as I can. I <3333 water.0

I need 12 glasses a day, and that's about right on with my intake.

I have a 32oz bottle of water with me at all times too. I try to fill it up and drink it at least 3x a day. I live in the DC area so traffic here is horrible. I always find myself stuck in traffic and desperately needing to pee!

I drank 14 cups of water and did 215 crunches today. I'm on my way to the 1000.0

Drank my usual gallon. Lol And I did 150 crunches! Damnnnn so harrrrd. I'm also doing 60 second planks, 20 inch worms and 15 rotating tricep kickbacks. Today was supposed to be my rest day. >.<
ETA: Joined that challenge. Believe me. You guys wanna be on my team. I may have a toddler, but he takes epic naps and I have nothing better to do than exercise! lol0 -

200...wow i can feel the burn! Downloaded daily ab workout free edition on my smartphone and tried the 10 minute one first and only made it maybe half way! But i am on my way;)

shanoa20 well here i am again....although nothing else seems to be going my way i still did another 200 sit ups today and did the corpse pose for 15 minutes and i am still wanting to walk but i dont know if i can.... my stupid computer shut down while i was working on my school work and i lost everything....... now i am just depressed and have so much work to do that it is overwhelming and i dont know if i can do it all again.... lost everything......

shanoa20 did my 200 and 30 more today. started using NTC nike training center?? and it kicked my *kitten*!!!!! sweating in the first ten minutes whew wiped out! headed for a much deserved bath..... hope you all are doing good, I'll be getting on a computer (not mine its dead for good!) tonight to see how everyone in the super mommy group is doing;)

Just joined the group! Was reading through some of the posts......holy water! Uggg....I am getting in about 6 glasses per day and already think I pee alot! I will have to work on that. As far as the crunches.....ummmmm, yeah. I have 3 young ones at home....6,3 & 18 mo. I work full time, until 4:00 - get home around 4:30 - chat briefly w/mother in law (she watches the kiddos during the day) and then I have to start making dinner. Then we eat, then dishes and cleaning up....then it's showers/baths, pj's and pick up the house time. By that time - my 18mo is ready for his cuddle time......once I sit and cuddle....I have a hard time getting up again! And it's late. I go to bed by at least 9....cuz I have to get up early. When do you guys find the time to exercise????? Oh, and my husband works a really messed up schedule so he doesn't even get home till after 8 at night, so - no help there!0

So far I've done 650 crunches out of the 1000, but today I am taking a day off. I feel like I'm coming down with a cold (could be that I am, or it could just be PMS. Not sure.) and I want to be well for my trip to Bend on Monday so I'm resting.0

Ended up doing another 150 last night anyway, bringing my total up to 800 for the week for crunches! Doing another 150 tonight, and going to shoot for ANOTHER 150 tomorrow just because I think it would be awesome to say I did MORE than 1000 crunches in one week. Because I'm weird like that. lol0
