Would love to hear what everyone is doing for a program or workout routine. I'm currently doing Les Mill's Combat & love it! I also try to add some running in and some weight training.

Hey, I am currently doing jazzercise Sat. 2 classes M, T W and Th, walking on T, Th and Fri with a 20lbs weight vest. And incorporated strength training.0

I do turbo fire and walk on my treadmill. Lift weights 2 times a week.0
